Displays Kellogg's Kashi Merchandising Program Kellogg's asked Chicago Show to develop a merchandising display that would have the flexibility to merchandise the various products in their new line of healthy snacks and cereals. Since these are all wholesome products with natural ingredients, Chicago Show's design team decided to present concepts that used "natural" components that support the Kashi brand image and product ingredients. Our design integrates wicker baskets as the framework for the product organizer. Due to the fact that these merchandisers are placed in food service operations with strict codes, we wove a synthetic material to simulate wicker, so that food service personnel could wash the baskets in a warm soapy solution for cleaning. We designed a unique injection molded organizer system that locks the vertical dividers together, allowing unlimited product assortment.
