Valspar Medallion
Chicago Show worked with Valspar Corporation to develop Medallion their next generation Interior and Exterior Color Selection Center. Valspar supports their authorized dealers with a fully integrated system to help the consumer determine the best color combinations for their interior and exterior painting projects.
This impressive merchandising fixture measures 48" wide by 88" tall and 18" deep. It includes a fully illuminated header that provides back lighting to the Medallion logo, as well as down lighting on the 352 color chips in the assortment. There is an expansive array of product literature featured on the fixture to explain color selection and help in the decision making process.
One of the key design features of the Medallion Merchandising Fixture is the Exterior and Interior vignette overlays. These 12 unique images represent room interiors and exteriors. By placing a color swatch behind the transparent vignette, the consumer can SEE what the interior and exterior walls would like in the selected color. This allows the consumer to engage in much more efficient dialogue with the Valspar salesperson in determining the primary paint color, type of finish (eggshell, flat, satin or semi-gloss) and the perfect accent colors.
