Retail Environments Lowe's Home Centers Chicago Show was asked to evaluate the existing wood flooring department product mix, positioning and adjacencies, and make recommendations to improve the department's organization and look. Our designers and engineers laid out a new plan-o-gram for 160 linear feet of wood flooring products in a 24 foot presentation. Our plan included breaking down the assortment into 8 foot increments to accomodate various store sizes, and solutions to place the higher margin accessories in the "see and reach" area to provide flexible merchandising and product mix. Chicago Show consulted with product vendors on packaging, D-I-Y copy, skid, pack size, and product mix. We then created all graphics and fixtures to fit in and on an 8' pallet rack bay. We then fulfilled and launched the program for the Lowes chain by collating and packing sample products, graphics and display components by store size and region. >>E-mail your questions >> Return to Retail Environments ![]() |
